The Upper Room Discourse – John 13-17

For the next nine weeks our new Senior Pastor, B.A. Pratt, will be taking us through Jesus’ farewell address to his beloved disciples, and together we’ll explore what they meant for the disciples back then, and what they mean for us today.

John 13-17 is full of some of Jesus’ last teaching to his disciples before he went to the cross. Jesus showed them what it meant to serve them by washing their feet, gave them images of the Christian life like a branch clinging to a vine, promised the Holy Spirit and prayed for his followers…he even prayed for you and me.

This was Jesus’ way of preparing his disciples for his death and resurrection, so prepare your heart for Easter by learning from our Master and Friend.

Come along at 9:30 every Sunday to find out more. Sunday School will return on the 4th February so that kids can explore the themes of these chapters too. This is also a great chance to get to know B.A. and his heart for seeing followers of Jesus learn more about him.

We hope to see you there.
